I chose these colours to colour the dough sugar for decoration of cake. It works really very well (to collect the color using a toothpick, very little color is enough), it is a beautiful shade, but... two major flaws:1 - it was impossible to remove the gate in the alu which seals each of the pots, I had to make holes for the toothpick to draw the colour2 - default size: this product is corn-based and sugar-GMO, and this is not mentioned anywhere in the description before purchase...!!! Knowing that it is mainly intended to colour the food eaten by children, is mind-blowing...!!! I will not use... damage. even if this is not a subject that is complicated to use a manual would have been welcome and would avoid wasting time to guess.
